Ingredients
- 3 c. canned peaches
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Grease baking dish.
- Mix flour and sugar together.
- Add the butter or margarine.
- Mix together with a fork or pastry blender until mixture looks crumbly.
- Open the peaches; drain off all the liquid.
- Spread drained fruit evenly in greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly on top of the fruit.
- Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes.
- The topping should be golden brown.
- Serve warm.
