Ingredients
- 3 to 4 new potatoes (per person)
- olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (per person)
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary (per person)
- salt and pepper
Method
- Boil potatoes for 5 minutes.
- Drain.
- Pat dry.
- Saute potatoes and garlic in olive oil.
- Add rosemary.
