Ingredients
- 1 lb. mushrooms
- 1/2 lb. kielbasi
- 1 can sauerkraut
- 1/4 lb. salt pork, diced
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 c. cubed, cooked beef
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 1/2 c. cooked, cubed ham
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. red wine
Method
- In Dutch oven, cook salt pork.
- Remove cracklings and set aside.
- Add kielbasi; brown and set aside.
