Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust
- 3 medium sized peaches
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. coffee cream
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Mix flour and sugar together.
- Add cream; pour over peaches which have been placed in the crust, cut in half with pit side up. Add cinnamon.
- Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then 350° for 30 minutes.
