Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 container Cool Whip
Method
- Soften oleo.
- Press flour, oleo and pecans in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese (completely softened) and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread on cool crust.
- Mix and spread on pudding.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip.
