Ingredients
- 4 to 6 sliced peaches
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
Method
- Sprinkle sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon on sliced peaches.
- Toss to mix. Place in shallow casserole dish. Mix sugar, flour and egg to crumb like texture.
- Pour over peaches. Melt margarine or butter over the crumb topping. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until top slightly turns brown and crusty.
