Ingredients
- 7 c. peeled, sliced cucumbers
- 1 c. green peppers, chopped thin
- 1 c. onions, chopped or sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
Method
- Cook small beets until tender.
- Cold dip and skip off skins. Cover with pickle syrup and simmer 15 minutes.
- Seal in clean jars.
