Ingredients
- 2 refrigerated pie crusts
- 3 to 4 potatoes, peeled and parboiled
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
Method
- Lay out crusts.
- Put ingredients in half of crusts.
- Fold the other half over like a turnover.
- Seal edges with fork.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
