Ingredients
- penne pasta
- Alfredo sauce (premade or packet)
- peas (frozen)
- Italian sausage
Method
- This recipe doesn't need any measuring.
- Use as much or as little as you like.
- Prepare pasta according to package directions.
- Brown the Italian sausage (mixture of mild and spicy is nice) and drain.
- While pasta is still boiling, add peas.
- When pasta is al dente; drain.
- Mix pasta/peas, meat and sauce.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with a nice salad and bread. Other items that you could add to this dish are diced tomatoes or chopped spinach.
