Ingredients

  • penne pasta
  • Alfredo sauce (premade or packet)
  • peas (frozen)
  • Italian sausage

Method

  • This recipe doesn't need any measuring.
  • Use as much or as little as you like.
  • Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  • Brown the Italian sausage (mixture of mild and spicy is nice) and drain.
  • While pasta is still boiling, add peas.
  • When pasta is al dente; drain.
  • Mix pasta/peas, meat and sauce.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with a nice salad and bread. Other items that you could add to this dish are diced tomatoes or chopped spinach.
