Ingredients
- 9-inch Keebler chocolate crust
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 oz. Hershey's unsweetened baking chocolate, melted, then cooled slightly
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- Cool Whip
- 1 Hershey bar
Method
- Melt baking chocolate; set in fridge to cool.
- Cream margarine.
- Gradually beat in sugar.
- Beat in cool, melted chocolate and vanilla.
- Add eggs, one at time, beating 5 minutes each.
- Turn into pie crust and chill 1 hour.
- Top with layer of Cool Whip.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings from Hershey bar. Keep refrigerated.
