Ingredients

  • 9-inch Keebler chocolate crust
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 oz. Hershey's unsweetened baking chocolate, melted, then cooled slightly
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • Cool Whip
  • 1 Hershey bar

Method

  • Melt baking chocolate; set in fridge to cool.
  • Cream margarine.
  • Gradually beat in sugar.
  • Beat in cool, melted chocolate and vanilla.
  • Add eggs, one at time, beating 5 minutes each.
  • Turn into pie crust and chill 1 hour.
  • Top with layer of Cool Whip.
  • Garnish with chocolate shavings from Hershey bar. Keep refrigerated.
