Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 each shallots chopped
  • 1 each celery stalks chopped
  • 7 ounces crab meat
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 4 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 12 ounces pasta cooked

Method

  • Melt butter in oil and saute shallot and celery until translucent.
  • Add paste and tomato sauce.
  • Mix well.
  • Add flavor cube and wine and cook over low heat 5 min.
  • Add crab and cook for 5 more min.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve over hot pasta.
