Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 each shallots chopped
- 1 each celery stalks chopped
- 7 ounces crab meat
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 4 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 cup white wine
- 12 ounces pasta cooked
Method
- Melt butter in oil and saute shallot and celery until translucent.
- Add paste and tomato sauce.
- Mix well.
- Add flavor cube and wine and cook over low heat 5 min.
- Add crab and cook for 5 more min.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over hot pasta.
