Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta
- ( I prefer linguini ) 1 large onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cans canned clams ( chopped or whole)
- fresh parsley
- pecarino romano cheese or parmesan whateve you prefer.
Method
- put pasta up to boil in well salted water. . saute the onion untill translucent in 4 tbsp olive oil. add the garlic and cook for appox 2 minuntes. pur the clams and their broth in the saute pan when heated throigh add the pasta. Mix thouroughly. sprinkle with minced parsley and cheese
