Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta
  • ( I prefer linguini ) 1 large onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cans canned clams ( chopped or whole)
  • fresh parsley
  • pecarino romano cheese or parmesan whateve you prefer.

Method

  • put pasta up to boil in well salted water. . saute the onion untill translucent in 4 tbsp olive oil. add the garlic and cook for appox 2 minuntes. pur the clams and their broth in the saute pan when heated throigh add the pasta. Mix thouroughly. sprinkle with minced parsley and cheese
