Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, broken into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 head lettuce, torn up
  • 6 to 8 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Method

  • Mix cauliflower and green onions in bowl.
  • Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and sugar.
  • Pour over cauliflower and green onions. Add Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper.
  • Let set overnight. Before serving, add lettuce and bacon and toss.
