Ingredients

  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 3 eggs
  • 12 ounces cottage cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar (white or brown)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • corn flakes, to cover

Method

  • Beat together eggs, cottage cheese, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and raisins.
  • Mix with UNCOOKED noodles.
  • Let stand for 10 minutes.
  • Melt margarine in baking dish or Bundt pan, 2 minutes on FULL power.
  • Add noodle mixture.
  • Top with corn flakes.
  • Microwave on FULL power for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once.
