Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce), divided
  • 8 cups small cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Method

  • Heat oven to 450F.
  • Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.
  • Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan in small bowl until blended.
  • Whisk egg white, dressing, garlic powder and 2 Tbsp.
  • Sriracha sauce until blended.
  • Add to cauliflower in large bowl; toss to evenly coat.
  • Dip cauliflower, 1 floret at a time, in bread crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat floret.
  • Place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 12 to 14 min.
  • or crisp and lightly browned.
  • Meanwhile, mix remaining Sriracha sauce with Miracle Whip and blue cheese.
  • Serve cauliflower with Miracle Whip mixture.
