Ingredients
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 1/2 c. flour
Method
- Beat butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sugar, vanilla and egg yolk. Add flour, 1/2 cup at a time, beating good after each 1/2 cup.
- Chill 1 hour or overnight.
- Roll and cut. Bake at 350° for 7
- to 10 minutes.
- Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
