Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 bunch small green onions (8 to 12)
- 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (room temperature)
Method
- Blend milk and cream cheese in a small bowl; set aside.
- Wash and trim onions.
- Cover white
- onion bulbs with cream cheese mixture.
- Roll coated bulbs in Cheddar cheese.
- Serves 4 to 6.
