Ingredients
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. potatoes, cubed
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Method
- Bring water and salt to boil.
- Add potatoes; cover and simmer 20 minutes until fork-tender.
- Drain.
- Put potatoes in bowl.
- Coat with butter.
- Sprinkle parsley flakes and serve.
