Ingredients
- 1 box macaroni (elbow or shell)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium can whole tomatoes, chopped
- 3 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. Fritos corn chips
- 1 small pkg. Cheddar cheese
Method
- Take 1 (9-inch) skillet or medium saucepan.
- Prepare ground beef with at least 1 cup water (keeps from burning; also soft) with chopped onions.
- Add chopped tomatoes.
- Cook slowly until brown.
- Add chili powder and salt.
- If needed, add more water for macaroni.
- When macaroni is done, top with corn chips and cheese. One pan, one clean up.
