Ingredients
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 (3 lb.) broiler fryer, cut up
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine (1/2 stick)
Method
- Mix flour, salt and paprika.
- Coat chicken pieces with flour mixture.
- In baking dish 13 x 9-inches in 425° oven, melt butter or margarine.
- Remove baking dish from oven.
- Arrange chicken pieces, skin-side down, in single layer in butter or margarine in baking dish.
- Bake 25 minutes.
- Turn chicken pieces over; bake 15 minutes longer or until chicken is golden and fork-tender.
- Makes 4 servings.
