Ingredients
- 1 1/2 qt. shredded lettuce
- 2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 2 c. mushroom slices
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
- 4 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 c. red onion rings
- 2 c. Miracle Whip
Method
- In 2-quart serving bowl, layer lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, peas, cheese and onions.
- Spread Miracle Whip over onions, sealing to edge of bowl; cover.
- Chill several hours or overnight. Garnish with bacon and shredded cheese, if desired.
- Makes 8 servings.
