Ingredients
- 2 c. cold water
- 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. flour
- newspaper, cut into 1 x 15-inch strips
Method
- Mix water and flour with wire whisk.
- Mixture should be same thickness as heavy cream.
- Coat a mold (molded clay or an inflated balloon make a good mold) with one layer of newspaper strips which have been dipped in water.
- Dip strips in flour mixture and layer over first layer of strips until mold is well coated.
- Let stand until strips on mold are dry and hard.
- Paint over the strips if you like.
