Ingredients
- 3 lb. pork, cut in 2-inch cubes
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 lb. sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
- 2 to 3 tsp. paprika
- 1 c. low-salt chicken broth
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
Method
- Mix meat, onions, sauerkraut and paprika.
- Place in large casserole or Dutch oven.
- Add bouillon.
- Cook at 375° for 1 hour. Add cubed potatoes and more broth, if necessary.
- Cook 1 more hour.
- Remove from oven and stir in sour cream or yogurt.
- Makes 10 servings.
