Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
- 1 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sweet relish
- 3/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 slices honey-wheat bread
- sliced red onion, to taste
- sliced tomatoes, to taste
Method
- Mix tuna, mayonnaise, relish and mustard in a bowl.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Serve on honey wheat bread with leaf lettuce, slice red onion and sliced tomato.
