Ingredients
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Separate egg and beat white until stiff.
- Mix flour, sugar, and milk with beater.
- Gently fold in egg white with spoon.
- Drop 3 to 4 tablespoon batter onto oiled griddle for each pancake. Makes about 4 medium-sized pancakes.
