Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pan drippings
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram or sage if you have it
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups broth
Method
- heat drippings and blend in flour; cook until golden, stir in salt, herbs and pepper. Whisk and add broth.
