Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can Fri Chik
  • 1 lb. rice
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 oz. carrots, sliced
  • 4 oz. onions, diced
  • 20 oz. pineapple bits
  • 3/4 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 pinches garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
  • 4 oz. snow peas

Method

  • Add Fri Chik, pineapple and garlic powder into sauteed carrot and onions.
  • Mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, cornstarch, lemon juice and brown sugar.
  • Stir into hot mixture.
  • Cook until thickened.
  • Add water chestnuts and snow peas.
  • Serve onto rice.
