- 1 (16 oz.) can Fri Chik
- 1 lb. rice
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 oz. carrots, sliced
- 4 oz. onions, diced
- 20 oz. pineapple bits
- 3/4 c. pineapple juice
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 pinches garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
- 4 oz. snow peas
Method
- Add Fri Chik, pineapple and garlic powder into sauteed carrot and onions.
- Mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, cornstarch, lemon juice and brown sugar.
- Stir into hot mixture.
- Cook until thickened.
- Add water chestnuts and snow peas.
- Serve onto rice.
