Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. half and half
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. cooked rice (better to do this a day ahead)
- 1/2 stick margarine
- cinnamon, nutmeg and raisins (if desired)
Method
- Melt margarine in a 2-quart casserole. Beat eggs and add sugar, milk, vanilla and rice. Put mixture in casserole. Bake, uncovered, about one hour at 350°. Recipe may be halved.
