Ingredients

  • 7 medium egg
  • 1 can condense milk(405g)
  • 10 ml vanilla
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 3 cup fresh milk
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 50 ml water

Method

  • preheat oven 350AF
  • the syrup...melt sugar and water over medium heat(dont stir)until golden yellow/brown.pour into flan pie pan coat botton and sides of your molding set aside...
  • using a blender combine condense milk,egg,vanilla,sugar,and the fresh milk.blend well fir about 3 min.
  • on a medium speed.
  • pour the mixture into your flan pie molding with syrup.cover it with aluminum foil.
  • place it into a large tin bakingdish containing 1liter of hot water bake for about 1 hour.
  • remove from the oven and completely cool in room temperature.
  • invert into platter....
  • i prefer to eat it cold.putting inside the ref for about 30 minutes.done cooking...enjoy!!
