Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- Salt & pepper
- 1 can onion soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed thyme
- 1/2 c. rice
Method
- In skillet brown chops and pour off fat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add in soup, water, celery and thyme.
- Cover and simmer 30 min, stir in rice.
- Cover and cook 20 min longer or possibly till rice and chops are tender.
