Ingredients
- 4 sq. baking chocolate or 12 Tbsp. cocoa and 2 Tbsp. oil or shortening
- 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Melt chocolate squares or cocoa substitute with oleo.
- Stir well.
- Add sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- Stir.
- Add flour and nuts. Mix. Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
- Do not overbake.
- Cool.
- Cut into 24 squares.
- Serve.
