Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 to 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh tarragon leaves
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt
Method
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic, tarragon, lemon peel, lemon juice, and mustard. Add salt to taste.
- Nutritional analysis per tablespoon.
- Up to 1 day ahead, mix, cover, and chill the aioli.
