Ingredients
- 1 package cake mix
- 1/2 cup neufchatel cheese
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 5 large eggs
- 1 cup peaches
- 13 cup cinnamon candies
Method
- Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan.
- Turn oven to 350F (180C).
- In large mixer bo combine cake mix (dry) with cheese andamp; eggs.
- Blend on low 30 seconds, beat 2 minutes.
- Spoon about 23 of batter into prepared pan.
- Arrange peach slices over batter.
- Sprinkle candies over.
- Spoon remaining cake batter over all.
- Bake 35 to 45 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool on rack (upright) 15 minutes.
- Glaze.
