Ingredients

  • 1 package cake mix
  • 1/2 cup neufchatel cheese
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 cup peaches
  • 13 cup cinnamon candies

Method

  • Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan.
  • Turn oven to 350F (180C).
  • In large mixer bo combine cake mix (dry) with cheese andamp; eggs.
  • Blend on low 30 seconds, beat 2 minutes.
  • Spoon about 23 of batter into prepared pan.
  • Arrange peach slices over batter.
  • Sprinkle candies over.
  • Spoon remaining cake batter over all.
  • Bake 35 to 45 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Cool on rack (upright) 15 minutes.
  • Glaze.
