Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. Dream Whip or Cool Whip
Method
- Mix according to package directions.
- Pour into jelly roll pan (11 x 15-inch).
- Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Check after 20 minutes.
- Cool cake thoroughly.
- While cake is cooling, mix lemon pudding.
- When pudding thickens, beat in cream cheese, softened.
- Pour this mixture over cooled cake.
- Top with Dream Whip or Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts (optional).
