Ingredients
- 6 oysters per serving desired, shucked
- 1 c. milk per serving
- 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Method
- Shuck oysters.
- Wash in fresh water.
- (Be sure there are no pieces of oyster shell remaining.)
- Let oyster juice settle.
- Cook oysters gently in water with some oyster juice for 3 minutes or until gills curl.
