Ingredients
- 3 c. graham crackers, crushed
- 12 oz. can Pet milk (cold)
- 1 small box lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
Method
- Boil the water. Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add to Jell-O.
- Whip the Pet milk until it makes a peak and mix with the other ingredients.
- Melt butter and mix with cracker crumbs. Press crumbs into a 9 x 13-inch pan to make a crust.
- Pour other ingredients on top of crust and refrigerate overnight.
