Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
Method
- Melt margarine; add sugar and eggs and beat well.
- Sift dry ingredients into egg mixture and beat well.
- Add coconut to dough. Pour into 7 x 12-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and immediately spread marshmallow cream over top. Frost with Chocolate Frosting.
