- 1 1/8 pounds ostrich Mince
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 1 red onion
- 1 ounce red curry paste
- lemon zest
- ginger grated
- 1 chilli
- 3 garlic cloves
- lemon juice
- spring onion
- wholegrain mustard
- honey
Method
- Chop everything together, except the mince, then mix everything in a big bowl.
- Roll big patties/frikadelle.
- Place in oven at 180°C for 15min (time is effected by the thickness of the patties/frikadelle).
