Ingredients
- 1 lb. bean sprouts
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- snow peas (optional)
- 1 c. water chestnuts
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 can dry chow mein noodles
- 1 lb. shrimp or crab and/or tuna
Method
- Combine ingredients.
- Add chow mein noodles and shrimp last.
