Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 10 grams ginger (thin slice)
  • 20 grams Chinese cabbage (slice)
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesemi oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 pinch salt & paper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (chop)
  • 30 grams chicken cut
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 10 ml water
  • 1 onion ( slice)
  • 1 potato ( wedges fried)
  • 10 grams green pea
  • 1 pinch sugar & salt
  • 1 fried egg
  • 1 pinch spring onion (chop)

Method

  • preheat wok add in oil, egg chop garlic, ginger..
  • cook until fragrant.. add in rice., cabbage, oyster sauce, sesemi oil.. seasoning
  • coated the chicken wth flour then deep fried
  • saute the onion add in the rest of the ingredient last add in potato & green pea
  • Finley place the fried egg on top garnish wth spring onion
