- 10 grams ginger (thin slice)
- 20 grams Chinese cabbage (slice)
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesemi oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pinch salt & paper
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Garlic (chop)
- 30 grams chicken cut
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 10 ml water
- 1 onion ( slice)
- 1 potato ( wedges fried)
- 10 grams green pea
- 1 pinch sugar & salt
- 1 fried egg
- 1 pinch spring onion (chop)
Method
- preheat wok add in oil, egg chop garlic, ginger..
- cook until fragrant.. add in rice., cabbage, oyster sauce, sesemi oil.. seasoning
- coated the chicken wth flour then deep fried
- saute the onion add in the rest of the ingredient last add in potato & green pea
- Finley place the fried egg on top garnish wth spring onion
