- 3 chicken breasts
- 1/2 to 1 c. teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 pkg. wonton skins, cut in fours and deep fried until lightly golden (I use an iron skillet with 1-inch of oil)
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 head lettuce, in small pieces
- 3 to 4 green onions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
- 4 Tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted
Method
- In large salad bowl, toss lettuce, celery, onions and chicken; add wontons, sesame seed and almonds and toss lightly.
- Dress with Oriental Salad Dressing.
