Ingredients
- 2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. colored miniature marshmallows
Method
- Heat together and cold chocolate and butter.
- Add in powdered sugar and egg; mix well.
- Add in marshmallows and mix together well so which all the marshmallows are chocolate coated.
- Press into buttered square cake pan.
- Sprinkle the top with 1/2 to 1 c. flaked coconut.
- Chill at least half a day before cutting into squares.
