Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. chicken broth (bouillon works good)
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 c. cooked, diced chicken
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Method
- Melt margarine in a medium saucepan over low heat.
- Add flour and continue to stir over medium heat until bubbly.
- Add broth, water, soy sauce, garlic powder, chicken and pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cool.
- (This can be frozen in a 1-gallon bag.)
