Ingredients
- 2 -3 12 lbs boneless cooked ham
- 12 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, undiluted
- 34 cup prepared mustard
- 34 cup molasses
- 12 teaspoon ground cloves
Method
- Place ham on the rack of a roasting pan.
- Cook at 350F for 20-30 minutes per pound.
- Combine ingredients; stir until smooth.
- During last 30 minutes of cooking time, brush mixture on ham, occasionally.
- Warm remaining sauce and serve with the ham.
