Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 dash salt n pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium ground sausage
  • 1 packages motzerella cheese
  • 1/4 large ricotta
  • 1 head spinach
  • 1 box lasagna noodles
  • 1 box parmesean cheese (fresh)
  • 1 can speghetti sauce

Method

  • preheat the oven 350 and in a shallow large pan boil water for lasagna noodles about 8min for 4 noodles @ time
  • meanwhile.
  • cook the ground sausage in pan until almost brown.
  • next wash the spinach and once clean chop and add to large mixing bowl now add container of ricotta and about as much cheese as you want.
  • add ground sausage cooked that is.
  • now mix the egg
  • take 1lasagna noodle put on a large.
  • flat surface and spread in your mixture of ricotta etc.
  • one scoop at a time works now roll it like a snowball effect it will get bigger and place in a greased baking.
  • dish continue until you fill your pan now take some speghetti sauce and pour over each lasagna roll and now add motzerella and parmesan cheese to each roll
  • cover with foil bake for 20 minutes
  • after 20 minutes remove foil and bake for 15 min.
  • to lightly brown all your yummy cheeses
