- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 dash salt n pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 medium ground sausage
- 1 packages motzerella cheese
- 1/4 large ricotta
- 1 head spinach
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 1 box parmesean cheese (fresh)
- 1 can speghetti sauce
Method
- preheat the oven 350 and in a shallow large pan boil water for lasagna noodles about 8min for 4 noodles @ time
- meanwhile.
- cook the ground sausage in pan until almost brown.
- next wash the spinach and once clean chop and add to large mixing bowl now add container of ricotta and about as much cheese as you want.
- add ground sausage cooked that is.
- now mix the egg
- take 1lasagna noodle put on a large.
- flat surface and spread in your mixture of ricotta etc.
- one scoop at a time works now roll it like a snowball effect it will get bigger and place in a greased baking.
- dish continue until you fill your pan now take some speghetti sauce and pour over each lasagna roll and now add motzerella and parmesan cheese to each roll
- cover with foil bake for 20 minutes
- after 20 minutes remove foil and bake for 15 min.
- to lightly brown all your yummy cheeses
