Ingredients
- 4 c. sliced carrots
- 1 c. water
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. orange rind, grated
Method
- Cook carrots in water rapidly (covered) until just tender (8 to 10 minutes).
- Keep carrots warm while combining cornstarch and orange juice in small pan.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add butter and honey.
- Stir over medium heat until thick and clear.
- Add orange rind.
- Drain carrots.
- Add glaze and mix well.
