Method
- Select flat
- white onions, one per person.
- Place each onion on a
- square
- of heavy foil.
- Cut 2/3 through in an X. Stuff
- 1 teaspoon butter into the X.
- Sprinkle generously with lemon pepper.
- Seal
- foil and place on the grill.
- Cook 30 to 45 minutes.
- Serve hot.
