Ingredients
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 German chocolate cake mix
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 stick oleo, softened
- 4 oz. cream cheese
Method
- Layer chips, nuts and coconut in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Mix German chocolate cake as directed on box.
- Pour cake mixture on top of chips, nuts and coconut.
- Mix powdered sugar, oleo and cream cheese.
- Mix in mixer.
- Drop mixture by teaspoon on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350° in oven for 1 hour or until springs back to touch or tests clean on toothpick. Cake will crack much like an earthquake when done.
