Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. onions, finely chopped
- 1 lb. canned or fresh tomatoes, peeled, seeded and strained
- 1 Tbsp. dried basil
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 c. chicken stock
Method
- Combine in a large saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for about 30 minutes or until onions are soft.
