- 1 c. rice, cooked
- hamburger
- 1 pt. tomatoes
Method
- In casserole, place 1 layer sliced raw potatoes, 1 layer sliced onion, 1 cup cooked rice and 1 layer hamburger.
- Season each layer with salt.
- Pour in tomatoes.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
